From first inquiry to final delivery, we guide you through every step — transparent, efficient, and tailored to your project.

    Inquiry & Needs Discussion

    Tell us about your project — style, dimensions, glass type, hardware, quantity, and any special requirements. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our initial guidance will be.

    Solution Confirmation & Quote

    We review your requirements and provide technical drawings (where applicable), product specifications, and a fixed-price quote. No hidden fees, no surprises.

  3. 3

    Deposit & Design Drawings

    A 50% deposit is required to begin work. We then produce detailed shop drawings for your approval — every dimension, profile, and detail clearly shown.

  4. 4

    Drawing Approval

    You review the drawings carefully. Once you sign off, we proceed to production. No production starts without your final confirmation.

  5. 5

    Production

    Lead time is typically 8–12 weeks, depending on order size, complexity, and product type. We maintain strict quality control throughout the process.

  6. 6

    Pre-shipment Inspection & Balance

    Before shipping, we send you photos and videos of the finished products for your final inspection. Balance payment is required prior to shipment.

  7. 7

    Shipping Coordination

    We help coordinate freight forwarding, prepare all necessary export documents, and ensure your order is properly packed for sea freight. We're with you until it sails.
