Configure Every Detail

Select from a comprehensive range of steel profiles, glass options, hardware finishes, and surface coatings to create a door or window that perfectly matches your project's aesthetic and performance requirements. Every component is fully customizable.

01 · Profile Series

Steel Profiles

The profile is the backbone of every door and window. Choose the material system that fits your climate, performance targets, and budget.

Solid steel profile — EP 40 section Solid steel profile — EP 56 section
1.1 Hot-Rolled

Solid Steel

Hot-rolled solid steel profiles deliver maximum structural strength and fire resistance. All sections are hot-dip galvanized after fabrication for superior corrosion protection, then powder-coated or painted. Ideal for large-span openings, high-wind zones, and heritage projects requiring authentic steel sections.

  • Highest strength
  • Best fire resistance
  • Hot-dip galvanized
  • Luxury & heritage

1.2 Non-Thermal-Break

Galvanized Steel Tube

Cold-formed from high-quality galvanized steel coils — strong, lightweight, and inherently corrosion- resistant thanks to the pre-galvanized substrate. An economical yet durable solution for mild climates (Australia, Southern USA) where thermal insulation is less critical. Available in various section sizes.

  • Pre-galvanized substrate
  • Cold-formed
  • High strength
  • Best value
  • Warm climates
1.3 Thermal Break

Thermal Break Galvanized Steel

A polyamide insulating barrier is inserted between the interior and exterior sections, dramatically reducing heat transfer — U-values down to 1.5–2.2 W/(m²K)=0.26-0.39 BTU/ft²·hr·°F. Essential for passive houses, cold climates, and energy-code projects.

Four Series Available

Domestic thermal break profile

Domestic Thermal Break Series

Chinese-engineered thermal break system. Cost-effective, reliable performance — ideal for residential projects.

SECCO OS2 thermal break profile

SECCO OS2 Series · Italy

Ultra-narrow visible sections from just 27mm to 62mm. Depth of 65mm or 75mm accommodates insulating glass up to 40mm. Available in galvanized steel, stainless steel, Corten steel, and brass.

Forster UNICO thermal break profile

Forster Series · Switzerland

Premium Swiss-engineered system. Forster UNICO is 100% recyclable steel with no synthetic insulating materials; UNICO XS offers ultra-narrow sightlines — ideal for heritage renovations and modern glass buildings.

Brass thermal break profile

Brass Thermal Break Series

Premium brass profiles with a distinctive warm gold aesthetic and excellent corrosion resistance. Ideal for luxury residential and high-end commercial projects where design distinction is paramount.

02 · Glass Options

Choose Your Glass

Glass types can be used alone or combined (e.g. Low-E + Insulated + Laminated). Every option is available in custom thicknesses (5mm–24mm) and shapes.

Glass option sample 1
Glass option sample 2
Glass option sample 3
Single Glazing Single pane — the most economical option Warm climates, interior partitions
Laminated Glass Two panes bonded with a PVB interlayer — safe, shatter-resistant, sound-dampening High-security areas, sunroom roofs
Insulated Glass (IGU) Two or more panes with a sealed cavity — thermal & acoustic insulation Energy-efficient windows, passive houses
Low-E Glass Low-emissivity coating — heat control, insulation, UV protection Energy-efficient windows, sunrooms
Reeded Glass Vertical fluted texture — transmits light while obscuring view Interior partitions, bathrooms, entryways
Ultra-Clear Glass Ultra-clear glass — maximum clarity High-end residences, showrooms
Water Ripple Glass Irregular ripple texture — soft, painterly diffusion Decorative partitions, art windows
Frosted Glass Acid-etched or sandblasted — even, translucent finish Bathrooms, office partitions
Smart Glass (PDLC) Transparent when powered, opaque when off Luxury hotels, meeting rooms
Art Glass Custom patterns, colors, and textures Feature doors & windows, decorative walls
Steel door and window hardware finishes

03 · Hardware Fittings

Precision Hardware

All hardware is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel or zinc-alloy base materials, available in multiple finishes. Custom hardware solutions are available upon request.

Available finishes

  • Brushed Nickel
  • Matte Black
  • Chrome
  • Antique Bronze
  • Brass

04 · Surface Finish

Surface Finishes

All steel profiles are zinc-sprayed prior to finishing for maximum corrosion protection. Two finish options are available.

4.1 Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating baked on at high temperature — extremely durable, chip-resistant, and UV- stable. Excellent for exterior applications with 10+ years of color retention. Available in textured or smooth finish, in a wide range of standard RAL and custom colors.

  • Highly durable
  • Chip-resistant
  • UV-stable
  • 10+ yr color
  • Exterior-grade

4.2 Paint Coating

Zinc spray + zinc-rich primer + liquid fluorocarbon topcoat. Available in a wide color range including RAL and custom colors, in a smooth satin or matte finish. Suitable for interior and exterior use — and easier to touch up locally if scratched, a practical choice where on-site repairs may be needed.

  • Wide color range
  • Satin / matte
  • Interior & exterior
  • Easy touch-up

Every profile is zinc-sprayed before finishing — a foundational layer of corrosion protection beneath whichever topcoat you choose.
